I have had two months of fraudulent Cool Bids Charges at $10.00 per month.I called Verizon and was told the company would no longer be able to charge my account and that the charge ($10 at the time) would be refunded.
My current Bill once again has this charge. I believe a class action lawsuit against Cool Bids is in order and if Verizon does not take a stand and follow through, they may be implicated as well.
Why Verizon does not take a stronger stand against a company that is ripping off its customers is beyond me.I am close to gong with another cell phone company.
Monetary Loss: $20.
